We are searching for a temporary employee to serve as an Employment Practices Managerfor 3 to 6 months. Working with senior HR leadership, this position will lead a project that ensures continued compliance with existing HR procedures, policies, and federal and state regulations. In this highly visible role, this position will interact with all levels of leadership, draft communications, prepare written reports and serve as the primary point person for the project.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Legal, HR or Business Administration, or the equivalent education and experience preferred. Juris doctorate is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years working in employment law and/or serving in a professional role within a Compensation/HR department of a large organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills required.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency using various personal computer software including MS Office, internet, and HRIS systems required.
