Hotel Accommodations

All LERA meetings will be held at Hilton Baltimore, located at 401 W Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21201, United States. You can reserve your hotel accommodations online at the negotiated rate of $169 per night. Rates have been negotiated by occupancy; see below.

  • 1 King Bed: Single/Double $169, Triple $189, Quad $199
  • 2 Double Beds: Single/Double $169, Triple $189, Quad $199

 Reservations cutoff date for the discounted conference rate is May 22, 2018, but please keep in mind the discounted rate is applicable before this date only until the room block fills up.

The hotel will charge your credit card for one night, as soon as you make your reservation. This fee is refundable up to 72 hours prior to check-in.
Discounted Rate Available 3 Days Before and After
Sleeping room rates will be offered, based on availability of contracted room types, three days before and three days after the event dates (Event Dates: 6/13/18 to 6/17/18)
Wi-Fi in Sleeping Rooms
LERA has negotiated free Wi-Fi in sleeping rooms for LERA meeting attendees.
Check-in/Out Time
Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 12 PM. Bell staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Early Departure Fee
Checking out prior to your reserved checkout date will mean that the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $75 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. The hotel should inform group attendees of this potential charge upon check-in.
Individual Guests Deposits/Confirmation
To confirm a sleeping room with the LERA room block, it must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest along with a first night's deposit (refundable up to 72 hours in advance of conference, June 9, 2018).
Unavailability of Guest Rooms
If for some circumstance the hotel does not have availability for all guests who wish to check-in on a particular night, and the guest has a confirmed reservation in the LERA room block, the hotel will provide:
  1. Accommodations at a comparable hotel as close as possible at no charge to the guest
  2. One daily complimentary round trip ground transportation between hotel and alternate hotel
  3. Arrangements for telephone messages and mail to be appropriately forwarded
