2026 LERA Jr. Faculty Consortium Agenda

This year’s junior faculty consortium centers around semi-structured networking activities and discussions. After a short round of introductions, the organizers will provide questions for participants to connect about common research interests or career challenges. Rather than speaker panels, this session dedicates time for junior faculty to foster deep, meaningful conversations and encourages collaborations among participants.

3:15-3:30 pm - Introductions and sharing research interests

3:30-4:15 pm - "Birds of a feather" event, what are the issues we face as junior faculty and what are ways to collectively resolve them?

4:15-4:30 pm - Regroup and begin planning for next year

6:30 pm (after awards ceremony) - Social event at location TBD
