All LERA Meetings will be held at the Westin Seattle located at 1900 5th Ave. Seattle, WA 98101. U.S. The discounted room rate is $265, and it will be available until May 20, 2025, subject to availability of rooms in the group room block at time of booking.

Parking at Westin Seattle
$10 discount on published parking rates = On-site daily parking $50. Valet parking with in/out privileges $58/daily. 

Check-in/Out Time at Westin Seattle
Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 PM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending the conference on their departure day. Checking out later than 12 PM may result in an additional night's charge.

Early Departure Fee at Westin Seattle
Checking out prior to your reserved checkout date will mean that the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $75 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. The hotel should inform group attendees of this potential charge upon check-in.

Individual Guests Deposits/Confirmation/Cancellation at Westin Seattle

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.  The hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by deposit.

Tax Policy

Hotel room rates are subject to occupancy tax, currently 15.7%, and a 2.3% per room, per night Tourism Assessment Fee in effect at the time of check-out. Taxes are subject to change without notice. An additional $30.00 per occupant applies to triple and quad occupancies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date will forfeit one night's room and tax.

One night deposit required at time of booking.
