LERA E-LISTS SUMMARY (FORMERLY LISTSERVS)For LERA members: For LERA Chapter Officers:
Problems? Are you sending email to the e-List from an email address that is subscribed? Sometimes, people use more than one email address, or have multiple versions of their email address with layers of automatic or seamless forwarding making this less than transparent. LERA Dialog (LERA-DIALOG) [email protected] Our main e-list is now hosted at the LERAweb.org website! The LERA Dialog listserv is an e-mail discussion group for members to create an online forum of labor and employment relations professionals across both the nation and world. Here, members are encouraged to post questions, comments, exchanges, and opinions on theory and practice in labor and employment relations to interact and learn from each other. Subscribers wishing to respond to a post will be directed to the sender only. Email postings will be received in real time, one at a time. Our members have asked for a return to this method, as it encourages real-time interaction, but for this reason, we ask that this forum be used for exchanges between members where they wish to have discussion, interaction, need a timely response, have a personal connection to the material they are posting, and we ask that you limit your postings here to once-a-day. This e-list features a discussion board that can be searched for past postings, articles, and resources. Posts may be made from the discussion board, or directly from your email account by sending email to: LERA-Dialog@lera.memberclicks.net.
LERA Latest e-List (LERA-LATEST) [email protected] This e-list accommodates frequent, multiple daily informational postings about current events and other informational items of general interest in the field of labor and employment relations. If you are interested in receiving these emails in your email inbox, you can sign up for this listserv specifically by logging into your profile, then finding My Features, then e-Lists. Even if you are not signed up for real-time emails, however, all LERA members are free to visit the online repository and search the archives of this e-List, which can save you time and point you to the right resources. LERA Chapters Listserv (LERA-CHAPTERS) LERA-Chapters@lera.memberclicks.net Bill Canak and Bonnie Castrey of the National Chapter Advisory Committee invite LERA Chapter Officers and Board Members and interested LERA Chapter Members to subscribe to the LERA Chapters Listserv, called LERA-Chapters. This listserv is meant to serve LERA Chapters and connect the community of LERA Chapter Officers and Board Members with the LERA National Chapter Advisory Committee Liaisons, as well as with each other. Subscribers are able to both read and post information including questions, best practices, and news that concern LERA Chapter business. This group is meant to help facilitate Chapter business and communication between all LERA Chapters, helping new officers fulfill their duties and allowing Chapters to trade information and resources (why reinvent the wheel?), but is not intended to be a forum for political postings or opinions. LERA is a neutral meeting ground for professionals from many viewpoints, and all postings LERA Listserv's should respect our differences.
