- 12 - 1:45 pm LERA Presidential Luncheon (junior faculty consortium attendees will sit at reserved tables)
- 1:45 - 2:15 pm Break to transition to consortium room
- 2:15 - 3:15 pm, Meet the Editors: A conversation about navigating the publication process in industrial relations journals (Rose Batt, Editor (ILR Review) and Doug Kruse, Associate Editor (British Journal of Industrial Relations)
- 3:15 - 4 pm, Peer-to-Peer roundtable and networking session: During this extended break, junior faculty will be able meet-and-greet one another to learn about research and teaching interests, identify potential collaboration opportunities, and simply share experiences and stories that can provide information, support, and encouragement during the tenure-track experience. Discussion tables will be organized by topics of interest (e.g., some specific research interest, or preparing a mid-tenure or P&T packet), and attendees can choose to spend the entire time at one table or float between tables of interest.
- 4 - 5 pm, Meet the Deans: Charting a successful path from tenure-track assistant to tenured associate and beyond in IRHR schools (Adrienne Eaton, Dean, Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and Paul Clark, Director, Penn State School of Labor and Employment Relations)
