The 2025 LERA@ASSA Program Committee brings you 18 sessions on leading topics addressing Labor and Employment Relations Issues, which you are invited to attend.

Registration is online at the ASSA/AEA website; registration and opens mid-September at https://conf.aeaweb.org.

The earlybird registration deadline is December 3rd.

Basic steps to attend conference

  • Register - https://conf.aeaweb.org/index.php

    Registration opens in mid-September. [these are 2024 rates, we do not yet know 2025 rates] Regular early registration is $195 before December 3, and student early registration is $70. After December 3 the registration rate increases to $245 and $120. 

    In the past, when you registered for the ASSA meeting, you created an account in the registration system. Please do not create a new account this year. Instead, log back into your existing account to register for any of this year's meetings. To prepare ahead of time, if you have forgotten your username and/or password, use the Forgot your password option. (Please note that the conference system is separate from the AEA membership system. It is possible that you used the same credentials for both, but they could be different.) All new users simply visit their website and create a username and password for the first time.

Housing

Parc55 San Francisco - a Hilton Hotel is the LERA headquarters hotel. It is located at 55 Cyril Magnin Street, San Francisco, California 94102 USA
PLEASE NOTE: If you want to be certain to stay at the LERA hotel, then you will need to register and obtain your hotel room reservation on the very first day they open their registration in mid-September. The hotel rooms sell out quickly at headquarters hotel. LERA will send an email to our program participants when they open registration as a reminder.
