All meetings will be held at the Hilton Midtown Manhattan, located at 1335 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019. U.S.
You can reserve your accommodations online at the discounted rate of $309 per night as soon as you register for the conference.
Reservations cutoff is June 5, 2024 to guarantee block pricing, but only until the room block fills up, so please reserve your room as soon as possible.

Parking at Hilton Midtown
Secure, covered, valet parking with in/out privileges is available for $85.
Check-in/Out Time at Hilton Midtown
Check-in time is 3 PM, and check-out time is 12 PM. All guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Hotel can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending the conference on their departure day. Checking out later than 12 PM may result in an additional night's charge.
Early Departure Fee at Hilton Midtown
Checking out prior to your reserved checkout date will mean that the hotel will add an early check-out fee of $75 to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the planned length of stay. The hotel should inform group attendees of this potential charge upon check-in.
Individual Guests Deposits/Confirmation/Cancellation at Hilton Midtown
To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the conference, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 3 days in advance of arrival. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

Tax Policy
Room Rates shown do not include $1.50 Tertiary, $2.00 Occupancy Tax and 14.75% Room Tax Per Night. (subject to change). Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes. Reservations Not Subject to Mandatory Charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date will forfeit one night's room and tax.
One night deposit required at time of booking.
Child Policy
Children 18 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent’s room.
