As the Administrative Assistant for Problem Gambling Network of Ohio (PGNO), you will play a pivotal role in the organization by serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and providing administrative support to various projects and teams.

You will assist with day-to-day operations by performing and coordinating various executive and administrative duties. You will provide clerical support for agency programs by doing tasks in areas including; reception, administrative support, data entry and record keeping, project assistance, accounting, and training support.

Pay range: $35 – 42K / year, plus competitive benefits

To be successful in this role, you must be a friendly, professional, and organized individual who can multi-task and handle a range of responsibilities with efficiency and a customer-centric approach. Other requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: additional education or training in office administration preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar receptionist/administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks (with the support of project staff)
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset
